Bacon Mac'n'cheese Burger How can food with the words bacon and cheese in it not taste good. First of make the box of mac and cheese according to the box directions. Once done pour all the mac n cheese into a large bowl and add the eggs, flour and red pepper flakes. Scoop about a half a cup of mac n cheese into a hot frying pan with some oil in it and let cook. About 2 minutes on each side, until they are slightly brown. While you have the mac n cheese cooking start frying up some bacon. This is what the mac n cheese should look like all done. I liked to pour the some of the bacon grease into the pan before I toast up the bun, but you can just use a little bit of regular oil. Don't forget to BBQ the burgers Toast up both side of the buns so you have a nice crunch. But be careful not to let it sit to long because they cook fast.
