Southwest Aioli Sauce

Southwest Aioli Sauce

I am a person that loves my sauces on my burgers or sandwiches.  I will eat a sandwich just because I am looking forward to the taste of the sauce.  And this sauce, in particular, we go through really fast.  I have to make a new batch at least once a month.  And now that burger season is upon us we will be going through this a ton more.

I hope you guys like this sauce as much as I do.  Because it is a pretty easy recipe and it tastes so amazing on everything.

Add the mayonnaise, oil, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
I like to buy pre-minced garlic but you can use fresh if you want.

And mix until everything is thoroughly combined.  I like to use a whisk because my mayonnaise has a tendency to clump.

It should look completely mixed without lumps when you're done

I like to save leftover containers, wash them out and refill with my Aioli sauce. But you can just put yours in a mason jar.

I like to use mine on burgers of sandwiches but you can but it an pretty much anything you fancy.
 Store in the fridge.

Southwest Aioli Sauce

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup oil ( I use canola)
1/2 Cup Spicy Southwest Mustard
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne
Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Add all ingredients in a small bowl. And mix until combined. NO lumps
  2. Use a funnel and pour into a container(Mason jar works)
  3. And enjoy on any sandwich you fancy. Store in fridge

  1. Ah, this looks AMAZING! My husband hates mayonnaise (eye roll!) so I'll have to make this for my next girls' get together!
