Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Lactation Cookies "Boobie Cookies"

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Lactation Cookies "Boobie Cookies"

I made these cookies when I was nursing. And I absolutely loved them. I recently made them again so I could share them with you ladies.

These cookies have so many good ingredients that can help improve your milk supply.  For instance peanut butter, brewers yeast, oats,  and Coconut oil.  And chia seeds are just all around good for you.

Even though I am not nursing anymore, I still enjoy these cookies very much. And so do my family. As long as I don't point out to my husband that these are what he calls "Boobie Cookies" he will eat them up.  I just call them peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.

First off milk all the wet ingredients along with the sugar.
Preheat oven to 350

In the second bowl mix all the dry ingredients except for the oats and chocolate chips

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet and stir until combined. Then add oats.

And the yummy chocolate chips

Once all combined it should look like this

I made about 1inch balls and you can place 2 inches apart.  These cookies don't spread out much so you don't have to worry about them forming a giant mega cookie.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.

I let cool for 10 minutes.  You can eat warm or store them.

My Little helpers love to eat the cookies.  Right after I took this picture he grabbed two cookies and took off running and laughing. He knows he not supposed to have two at a time but it was so cute I couldn't help but laugh.
