Gluten Free, Dairy Free Banana Bread.
Banana bread is one of my go-to breakfast bread. It's easy! It's fast and it tastes good. What more do you need?
Mash up the 5 Bananas. Then add in the rest of the wet ingredients and the brown sugar.
Mix all the dry ingredients then add them to the wet mixture.
Preheat oven to 350
Pour the dough into two greased bread pans.
Bake for 50 minutes.
And enjoy! I am not the dairy free one in the family so I like to put a pat of butter on a warm piece of bread. Or you could just eat it plain.
Banana Bread (GF,DF)
5 Ripe Bananas
2 Eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 1/2 cup rice flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
dash a salt
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- In large bowl mash bananas.
- Add all wet ingredients as well as the brown sugar and set aside.
- In a medium bowl mix together all remaining ingredients. Then add the dry mixture to the wet mixture
- Grease 2 bread pans and pour the mixture evenly in both bowls.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes.
- Enjoy!
I have never made banana bread before but this recipe looks simple enough. I think I'll give it a try. Thank you!
