M'n'M Rice crispy treats

M'n'M Rice Crispy Treats.

My husband loves to eat rice crispy treat and I love to make him happy.  I had all the ingredients as well as some White chocolate peppermint MnM's.   So I decided to add them to my regular recipe and see how they turned out.  And they were so good.  So here is how I did it so you can enjoy these as well.

I used these White Chocolate Peppermint MnM's but you can use any kind that you want.
After you have finished the mixing the melted marshmallow, butter and rice crispy treats you can spread out the rice crispy treats onto a large cookie sheet.   Then sprinkle the MnM's over the top and press them in a bit.  Make sure you do the next step before it cools down.

Oil your hand and slowly roll the dough back into itself until you have a long roll. Then transfer the roll to an oiled surface.  Roll it back and forth until it is about 2 feet long.

Cut off the ends so you start with an even edge(and of course you have to eat the ends so they don't go to waste).  Then chop away! Make cuts about an inch apart.
Now you can either eat them or let them finish cooling on a plate.

Enjoy!
